An Automated Nightmare: My Warning About GlassesUSA's Fake 'Next-Day' Delivery 🤖😡


I'm writing this as a warning to others about my awful experience with GlassesUSA. I thought I was paying for a premium service, but all I got was a runaround from a completely automated system. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. After being charged for "next-day delivery" that took nearly a week and failing to get any help from their bots, I finally had to fight my way through their phone system to speak to a real person about getting my money back.

Customer: Finally, a human! I paid $19.95 for next-day delivery on my order and I just got an email saying it will take three business days to process. I want a refund for the shipping.

CS Rep: I'm very sorry to hear about the delay and the frustration this has caused. I can certainly look into that shipping charge for you. Can I get your order number?

Customer: It’s 587319. I tried your chat and phone line but it’s all automated. Your site says “eligible for next day delivery” but that’s clearly not true. This is a horrible way to do business.

CS Rep: I understand your frustration completely, and I apologize for the difficulty you had reaching us. I see your order, and you are correct. I am processing a full refund of the $19.95 shipping fee back to your card right now.

Customer: Fine. But I will never do business with this place again. It’s been a complete waste of my time.

CS Rep: I sincerely apologize again for your experience. The refund has been issued and you should see it in 3-5 business days. We will use your feedback to improve our services.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
