Wrong Prescription & Ghosted by Support: A Buyer's Nightmare 😵💫
I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering buying glasses online. My experience was a nightmare, and I felt I had to share it to prevent others from going through the same ordeal. They sent me the wrong prescription safety glasses, causing dizziness and nausea. It’s been Impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved. Multiple chat sessions, phone calls and emails and still can’t in touch with anyone. I recommend buying from another company even if it’s a few more dollars. After countless failed attempts, I finally managed to connect with a representative and was determined to get a resolution.
Customer: I was sent the wrong prescription and your glasses are making me physically sick. I've spent days trying to reach someone by phone and email with zero response. This is unacceptable.
CS Rep: I am so incredibly sorry to hear about this and for the frustration you've experienced trying to contact us. That is not the standard of service we aim for. Can you please provide me with your order number?
Customer: My order number is 7590321. I need this resolved immediately. I paid for safety glasses that are not only useless but dangerous for me to wear.
