A Nightmare Experience: Wrong Prescription & Ghost Customer Service 👻


I'm writing this as a warning about my online shopping experience, hoping it saves someone else the trouble. The whole ordeal was beyond frustrating and left me feeling completely helpless. Ultimately, my conclusion is this: they sent me the wrong prescription safety glasses, causing dizziness and nausea. It’s been Impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved. Multiple chat sessions, phone calls and emails and still can’t get in touch with anyone. I recommend buying from another company even if it’s a few more dollars. I felt I had to leave this review and try one last time to contact them to see if a real person even works there.

Customer: I am absolutely furious. I’ve been trying to reach someone for days. You sent me the wrong prescription, and these glasses are making me physically sick.

CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear that. I completely understand your frustration, and it's unacceptable that you've had such difficulty reaching us and received an incorrect order. Can I please have your order number to look into this immediately?

Customer: It’s #582910. I’ve already been through this with your chat bot and got nowhere. The glasses are unwearable and I need them for work.
