A Tale of False Promises and Ghost Customer Service 👻
I'm writing this so others don't make the same mistake I did. My recent purchase was a complete nightmare, specifically because of their false advertising and non-existent customer support. I paid extra for "next day delivery" only for the order to take a week. My conclusion is that this place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. After being ignored by their automated bots and emails, I finally had to fight my way through their phone system just to speak to a person about getting my shipping fee back.
Customer: I paid $19.95 for next-day delivery on an order that was delivered six days late. I want my shipping fee refunded immediately.
CS Rep: I'm very sorry to hear about the delay and the frustration this has caused. I can certainly look into that for you. May I have your order number, please?
Customer: It's 105-2947158. It shouldn't be this hard. I've sent six emails and tried your chat bot. You charged for a service you didn't provide. It’s that simple.
CS Rep: I understand completely, and I sincerely apologize for the lack of response and the delay. I've located your order and I see the delivery did not meet the next-day promise. I am processing a full refund of the $19.95 shipping fee right now.
Customer: And how long will that take? I was told my "request would be submitted" before and then nothing happened.
CS Rep: The refund has been issued on my end. You should see it reflected on your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. I assure you it has been completed.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
