I'm writing this as a warning about my terrible experience ordering from GlassesUSA. I needed a pair of non-prescription glasses quickly and paid an extra $19.95 for their advertised "next day delivery." Hours later, I got an email saying it would take 3 business days to process. It’s clear to me now that this place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. After being trapped in endless automated phone menus and useless chatbots, I finally managed to reach a live agent to demand a refund for a service I never received.

Customer: I paid for next-day delivery, and now I get an email saying it will take three days just to process. Your website is completely misleading, and your automated phone and chat systems are a joke. I want my $19.95 shipping fee refunded. CS Rep: I'm very sorry to hear about the frustration this has caused. I understand you were expecting your order the next day. Could you please provide me with your order number so I can look into this immediately? Customer: My order number is [Order Number]. I don't understand what "production" is needed for non-prescription lenses. You advertised a service, took my money for it, and then failed to deliver. It's that simple. CS Rep: Thank you. I see your order and I sincerely apologize for the misleading information on our website regarding the delivery timeline. You are absolutely right. I have processed a full refund of the $19.95 shipping fee back to your original payment method. Customer: Fine, but this whole experience has been awful. I wasted so much time trying to get through to a real person. You've lost a customer. CS Rep: I completely understand your decision and I'm truly sorry we let you down. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and I will be forwarding your feedback about our automated systems and website clarity to our management team.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
